I’m proud to share that my career has been a journey defined by a deep commitment to protection and a relentless pursuit of justice. With over two decades of service at the Phoenix Police Department, I have honed my ability to safeguard communities through integrity and vigilance.
My passion for justice led me to live in Africa, where I fought against human trafficking, and to extend my expertise internationally by providing security and police training on four continents.
In addition to these experiences, I have created an executive protection program for a local corporation, demonstrating my capability to design and implement tailored security solutions in diverse environments.
My dedication to public safety also drove me to run as the official elected candidate for Maricopa County Sheriff, further solidifying my commitment to service and justice.

Behind Vantage Point
A little about myself… My name is Sal Frank Guagliardo. I come to Vantage Point not as a security specialist but instead from the business world. With a career spanning over 30 years as a President/CEO across diverse industries, including a tech start-up, Optical Media Technologies, The Bambini Group Restaurants, and BG Real Estate Investment Group, I have amassed invaluable insights into the complexities of effectively managing thriving businesses. My motivation to have co-founded Vantage Point security comes from my experience as an executive. As an executive, I have seen firsthand how unforeseen risks can jeopardize the success of any business. My energy was primarily focused on growth and profitability. One may say that's what an executive should focus on. However, that focus left my companies vulnerable. I didn’t have a partner like Vantage Point to help guide me against the unforeseen, which cost my business liabilities that could have been avoided. Hence why I helped co-found Vantage Point. I want our clients to focus on growth and profitability, and let us worry about protecting you and your assets. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
